Shahram Nikpour - Founder and Managing Director

Shahram has over thirty years experience in business consultancy and operations and IT management in the UK banking and insurance.
Shahram has held senior positions in large international consultancies and financial institutions and, he is an expert in business strategy and change management.
Shahram has assisted numerous blue chip institutions launch, measure and deliver their business plans and he has been involved in a number of successful corporate finance transactions for mid-size UK companies.

Shahram also has a successful track record in business mentoring, achieved by uniquely blending together his advisory and mentoring skills to coach senior business executives in SME clients.

Andy Veitch - Senior Associate and CIO

Andy is a Senior Associate of 4Change. Andy acts as our Chief Information Officer with prime responsibility of ensuring effective implementation of SABER for our clients.

Andy has over thirty five years experience within the Financial Services sector. He has been IT Director for Legal & General Investment Management in recent years and previously held senior IT positions for Legal & General Assurance where he implemented a multi-million pound programme with Andersen Consulting to develop and service Life and Pensions products.
Andy has a unique blend of business and IT knowledge to match systems to business needs. He has a proven track record of delivering practical cost effective IT solutions and introducing innovative IT management processes to support business growth .

Ian Marshall - Senior Associate

Ian has over forty years experience in Business Operations and Information Technology primarily in the Financial Services sector (UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions).
During this period , Ian has operated at senior executive and board level (including CIO, COO, and Managing Director) within a number of major UK Banking and Insurance organisations (including Lloyds Bank International, Databank (NZ), Barclays Corporate Bank, Daiwa Capital Markets, Zurich Financial Services and Aviva).

Ian was also a Partner at Price Waterhouse in the European Financial Services practice based in London and from there he undertook a range of assignments in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia Pacific region focusing on Financial Services but with responsibility for the assignments undertaken globally in the Securities and Derivative Market areas.

Ian continues to be involved in delivering Subject Matter Expertise to the UK Financial Service organisations particularly in the fields of IT (Strategy, e-Development, Information Management, Structure and Governance) and Business Operations (Cost Effectiveness and Efficiency, Process Improvement and Outsourcing).
In April 2014 Ian was appointed as an Honorary Visiting Professor of Information Management in the Faculty of Management at Cass Business School in London. A key part of this role has been targeted on undertaking research into the development of the Digital Economy within the UK with specific focus on areas such as Web Self-Service, Business Intelligence 2.0 and the long-term shape of IT Services in Corporate Organisations.

Dick Powell - Senior Associate

Dick has extensive experience of major Outsourcing programmes and Business Transformation, including Change Management and Performance Improvement - procuring effective solutions for clients and supporting suppliers' sales campaigns. He gained this experience over 20 years working in Management and IT Consultancy for IBM, PA Consulting and Gemini Consulting (CapGemini) prior to founding an independent consultancy with colleagues from PA; engagements have focused on Financial Services and IT Industries amongst other sectors.

Finance clients have included HSBC, Barclays, Swift, Cooperative Bank, Aon, Synergy Insurance, Visa CEMEA, Clydesdale Bank, Allied Irish, Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society and MGM Advantage. He has held key leadership roles in major projects in Financial Services that reengineered the business, cut costs and improved customer service. In addition, Dick has been instrumental in bringing several new businesses to the market.

Dick has also undertaken major operational consulting projects in other sectors including Utilities, Process and the IT industry - for example Yorkshire Water, Du Pont, Fujitsu, EDS, Unisys, EMC, HP and CapGemini.

Mike Overgage - Senior Associate

Mike has over 30 years' experience in business change, programme management and consulting, primarily within the financial services sector.

Mike specialises in complex programmes, with a clear emphasis on delivery of business benefits. Mike has also undertaken major line management roles including large-scale programme management, head of business systems strategy, IT Director and other board directorships.

Mike has worked with many blue-chip clients including RBS, Merrill Lynch, Standard Bank, ANZ Bank, Lloyds TSB, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, Legal and General Investment Management, ING, and BP.


Keith Alderman - Senior Associate

Keith has over forty years experience in the London Insurance Market. As a Senior Associate of 4Change, Keith's primary focus is to advise start up companies in London Insurance on business proposition, funding and product distribution.
Keith began his career in the London Marine Underwriting market in 1977, progressing through the ranks and disciplines to reach the position of Deputy Underwriter in 1990. In 1993, Keith became a founder member and Executive Director of Pro Insurance Solutions, growing the company to 300+ staff with a £40m+ turnover.

In 1996 Pro Insurance was purchased by Swiss Re. Keith managed the inspection / consultancy teams during this transaction, both in the UK and overseas. This work encompassed multi jurisdictions, on marine (ocean hull including war & political risks and cargo) and energy and liability lines ensuring that underwriting and claims conformed to contract including review of practices to confirm that they were in line with corporate guidelines and market practices.

Keith was a FSA Approved Director of Lloyd's broker Q360 and a consultant to Lodestar Marine. Since 2014, Keith has worked as an Associate Director of NDI Insurance Brokers, assisting the Executive Management to expand the product portfolio and client and underwriting base.

Hanadi Jabado - Senior Associate

Hanadi is a Senior Associate of 4Change with primary focus on entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation. Hanadi has founded and built businesses in several industries, including education, online retail and property, and she has used her multicultural background and experience with new technologies to cofound Ecamb, a business accelerator aiming at helping entrepreneurs to succeed globally.


Hanadi has driven the creation of Accelerate Cambridge, the new accelerator at the Cambridge Judge Business School, and she is currently its director.
Over the last three years, Hanadi has been closely involved with over 100 start-ups over the globe and across industries. Born in Lebanon and raised in France, she is fluent in English, French and Arabic and speaks another four languages.

Andrew Yue - Senior Associate

Andrew is a Senior Associate of 4Change and Managing Partner of Quantum Strategic Advisory based in New York. Andrew is a successful transformation leader with extensive and diverse experience spanning over 20 years in the financial services sector.
Andrew has held executive positions at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and HSBC managing large-scale change implementations including merger integration, process improvements, new product roll out and regulatory initiatives. Recently he was the Chief Finance Transformation Officer at AIG, Property & Casualty.

Andrew has extensive international experience of operating in global organisations; he has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the USA. He is a Finance Risk Manager (FRM), a Prince 2 project management practitioner and a trained Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Most recently he has been assisting banks implement change resulting from the Dodd Frank regulations and BCBS 239 (Risk Data Aggregation & Reporting). He has also conducted operational control assessments on VaR, Stress VaR and Regulatory Capital.

Haydn Parry - Senior Associate

Haydn is a Senior Associate of 4Change and founder of Hunter Strategic Solutions; a consultancy company specialising in helping leaders to develop and recruit high performance teams and to maximise people potential to fulfill collective aspirations.

Over the past 25 years, Haydn has operated at board level within many sectors (Life & Pensions, Banking, Healthcare, Construction, Defense, Retail and Technology) in the U.K., Central and Eastern Europe and the United States.
Haydn has worked in many blue-chip clients including, Credit Suisse, Hymans Robertson, Hewlett Packard, Prudential, Lafarge, EDF Energy, Net-a-Porter and McKesson.

Haydn is an expert in executive team development, corporate build, culture change and leadership mentoring. Haydn's most recent assignment activity has involved filling the role of Resourcing Manager for Hymans Robertson in their Edinburgh office, tasked with the responsibility of building a new product technology team to support the development of the practice's Guided Outcomes, pioneering and award winning product within the U.K. pensions industry.
